Gallery Show Concepts and Proposals
As a starting point for conservations with gallery directors, curators, and exhibition managers, I've described a number of show concepts pertinent to my work, and, I hope, of potential interest to gallery and museum goers. While I would love to show my work in solo shows, of course, any and all of these show concepts could easily work as group invitational shows. In particular, the "Assemblage New England" proposal is by its nature a group survey show; while assemblage has become a popular art type, it's very nature makes for broad inclusion unless other qualifiers are defined.
